Terms of Service
Last updated: 20 July 2026
The short version: the calculator estimates, the review measures, the guarantee is real and written down below, and engagements are governed by their own proposals.
Who these terms cover
These terms apply to your use of www.leadhandled.com and to services provided by Lead Handled, a business of Synthetix Consulting Limited ("we", "us"). By using the site or engaging our services you agree to them. Individual client engagements are governed by the proposal or agreement issued for that engagement; if there is a conflict, the engagement document wins.
The calculator gives estimates, not promises
The Missed-Call Calculator produces an estimate based on the numbers you enter and stated industry-average assumptions. It is a starting point for a conversation, not a guarantee of recoverable revenue, business performance, or results. Your actual numbers are established in the Money Review, which works from your real call and enquiry data.
The review and its guarantee
The Money Review is a paid diagnostic (currently US$497 in the United States and A$750 ex-GST in Australia). It carries a found-money guarantee: if the review cannot identify at least US$2,000 (A$3,000 in Australia) per month in recoverable work for your business, the review fee is refunded in full. "Recoverable work" means revenue opportunities identified in the review report from sources such as unanswered calls, unworked leads, unchased quotes and automatable front-office work, valued using your own averages.
The review fee is credited in full against implementation if you proceed to a build with us. The guarantee applies once per business and requires reasonable access to the data the review needs (such as call logs and enquiry records).
Implementation engagements
Builds are quoted after the review and sized to what it finds. Unless a proposal says otherwise, implementation engagements run on a 90-day minimum term and then month-to-month, cancellable with notice as set out in the proposal. Australian pricing is expressed exclusive of GST where applicable.
We build systems that act on your behalf — answering, following up, and automating workflows — under rules and scripts you approve before they go live. You are responsible for reviewing and approving those rules, and for your own regulatory obligations (for example, licensing rules in your trade or profession, or telemarketing and messaging consent requirements for your customer lists).
Not professional advice
Content on this site, calculator outputs and review reports are business information, not legal, financial, tax or other professional advice. Named example businesses in demos and sample calls are fictional.
Intellectual property
The site, its content and our methods remain ours. Systems we build for you are licensed or assigned as set out in your engagement documents. Your data remains yours.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: no scraping at scale, no attempting to break or overload it, no submitting information you do not have the right to share.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in connection with the site or an engagement is capped at the amounts you paid us for the engagement giving rise to the claim in the preceding three months. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including consumer guarantees that apply under the Australian Consumer Law.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, unless your engagement documents specify otherwise. Client engagements may specify the law of your home jurisdiction.
