What the report shows.

Coverage map
Your week in 168 hours: when someone is on the phone, and when calls actually arrive.
Uncovered hours
One number. The hours each week when calls come in and nobody is there to take them.
Junk-call share
How much of what you answer was never going to be a job, so you know what to filter and what to protect.
What it costs you
The monthly leak in pounds or euros, worked out from your own call history and your own job values.
The first fix
The one change worth making first, with its likely value, written so any builder could act on it.

Before you pay

We ring your line first.

One evening, before you spend anything, we call your emergency number and send you a written note of what happened: the time, how long it rang, and whether anyone answered. We never record the call.

If your line turns out to be well covered, we tell you that too.

We call in the evening

When your customers do, on a normal working night.

You get a written note

Time, ring length and outcome. Plain facts, no recording.

You decide

If it shows a gap worth measuring, the audit measures it properly.

One price, credited in full.

  • The audit report
  • Your evidence note, from the evening we rang your line
  • A triage checklist for whoever answers your phone
  • An after-hours rota template you can use with or without us
  • A 30-minute walkthrough of the findings

The One-Fix Guarantee

If the report does not name at least one specific fix worth more than the audit fee, email us within 14 days and we refund it in full. No forms, no questions.

7 days from booking to report.

Day 1

Book and send your call history

We show you how to export it from your phone system or provider. Nothing is installed and nothing changes.

Days 2 to 6

We measure

We map your week, count the uncovered hours and price them against your own job values.

Day 7

You get the report

A written report and a 30-minute walkthrough. You keep it, whether or not you build with us.

Asked by owners like you.

01Do I need to change my phone system?

No. The audit reads your call history. Nothing is installed or changed on your line.

02What if my phone is already well covered?

Then the report says so, and the first fix may be small. If it names no fix worth more than the audit fee, you get the fee back.

03Who is this for?

Firms where one job is worth hundreds or thousands of pounds and callers ring the next name if nobody answers: emergency plumbing and heating, water damage and restoration, locksmiths, emergency electricians and similar trades.

04Is the fee really credited?

Yes. If you build with us within 60 days of the report, the full audit fee comes off the build price.

05What happens to my call data?

We use it only to produce your report, and we delete it when you ask.

06How much does the build cost?

It is quoted after the audit and sized to what the audit finds. You never buy blind.

Find your uncovered hours.

7 days, one report, and a fee that comes off the build if you go ahead.
