Who we are

Lead Handled, a business of Synthetix Consulting Limited ("we", "us"), builds AI answering, follow-up and automation systems for service businesses. We operate online at www.leadhandled.com and serve clients primarily in the United States and Australia.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you complete the Missed-Call Calculator, we collect the answers you provide about your business (such as call volumes and average job values) and, if you request the emailed report, your name, business name, email address and phone number. When you book a call, our booking provider collects your name, email and the details you choose to share. If you email us, we receive whatever you include.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we receive standard technical data (such as IP address, browser type and pages viewed) through our hosting provider. We store a small preference in your browser (localStorage) to remember your region (Australia or United States). If advertising measurement is active, tools such as the Meta Pixel may set cookies and collect device and usage information as described below.

How we use it

To send you the report you requested and follow up about it — the calculator promises one report and one follow-up, and that is what we do.

To respond to enquiries, run booked calls, provide our services, and invoice for them.

To understand how the site is used and to measure whether our advertising works.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run the business, and they only receive what they need to do their job: Cloudflare (website hosting and security), Make (workflow automation that processes calculator submissions), Cal.com (call bookings), Airwallex (payments, if you purchase a review — we never see your full card details), and — when advertising measurement is active — Meta and Google (analytics and ad measurement).

These providers may store data in the United States or other countries. We share information beyond this only if required by law.

Retention

We keep enquiry and lead information for as long as it is useful for the purpose you gave it to us, and client records for as long as needed for legal, accounting and tax obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email admin@leadhandled.com and we will respond promptly. If you are in Australia, we handle personal information consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles; if you are in a US state with privacy legislation, you may have similar rights of access, correction and deletion, which we honour on request.

You can opt out of any follow-up communication by replying to it or emailing us.

Cookies and advertising measurement

The site works without marketing cookies. Where we run advertising, measurement tools such as the Meta Pixel may be used to understand which ads lead to enquiries; these tools use cookies or similar technologies controlled by their providers. You can limit ad tracking through your browser settings and the ad preferences of those platforms.

Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date above. Meaningful changes will be flagged on this page.
